Nutrition Coaching (No Extremes)

Nutrition is kept simple, practical, and sustainable.

There are no rigid meal plans or unrealistic rules. Instead, you get clear guidance around how to structure your food, make better day-to-day choices, and stay consistent in real-life situations like work, travel, and social events.

The focus is on adherence, not perfection.

Accountability & Coaching Support

You are not left on your own between sessions.

Regular check-ins and ongoing coaching feedback keep you accountable, focused, and progressing in the right direction.

Elite coaching clients receive comprehensive blood testing during the first month of coaching, providing valuable insight into key health and performance biomarkers.

Results are reviewed by a private doctor and discussed with you directly, allowing for a more informed and personalised coaching approach.

Do I need prior gym experience?

No. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already training, your program is tailored to your current level and progressed appropriately over time.

Where do training sessions take place?

All face-to-face 1:1 sessions are held at The Centre, Farnham Road, Slough, SL1 4UT, a fully equipped gym environment designed to support your results.

What if I struggle to stay consistent?

That’s exactly what the coaching is designed to solve. With clear structure, accountability and regular feedback, you’ll stay on track even when motivation drops or life gets busy.
