I created LJL Fitness in 2014 to help highly successful executives and entrepreneurs lose get in shape and take back control of their health. This evolved to include helping clients reduce pain and improve their movement capabilities.

The LJL Fitness Training System utilises a holistic approach. My goal is to help my clients transform their mind AND body, maximise their training potential and maintain the results by creating new sustainable lifestyle habits.

 

My clients often report experiencing enhanced energy, focus and productivity along with the shock when their friends and family can barely recognise them after their transformation.

Before qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I was heavily involved with sport. I grew up competing in football and athletics (sprinting) but was plagued with several hamstring tears (I had about 6 before I was 21... Yikes) before a final knee injury requiring surgery forced me to stop competing.

I studied Sports Science at Brunel University and after graduating, I began my career as a Fitness Mentor in the gym.

Through this role I quickly came to understand that most people have no idea where to start with their health and fitness and realised my calling was to train, educate and transform the lives of those willing to put the work in.

I currently have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. I continually refine my approach to ensure you can enjoy a cutting edge training experience. I've travelled all over the UK and internationally to continue honing my education in order to do soI am also the UK's first ever Certified Square 1 Professional which involves helping to rebalance the nervous system.
