Most people don’t struggle with effort.
They struggle with inconsistency, lack of structure, and approaches that don’t align with real-world demands.
My coaching exists to solve that, by creating clear, structured systems that allow busy professionals to train, eat and perform at a high level without overcomplication.
Why I Built This
My journey into coaching didn’t begin with success, it began with experience, setbacks, and learning what actually works when life doesn’t go to plan.
Sport was a major part of my early life. I played football and competed in athletics as a sprinter, training alongside athletes operating at an elite level. That environment showed me what high-quality, efficient training actually looks like.
However, recurring injuries led to multiple knee surgeries in my early twenties, forcing me to step away from sport entirely.
That period became a turning point.
It forced me to understand performance beyond talent, focusing instead on structure, recovery, sustainability and intelligent programming.
That shift is what led me into coaching.

LJL Fitness was created to help busy professionals regain control of their health through structured, intelligent coaching systems.
Over the last decade, I’ve developed a coaching framework focused on one thing:
