Why I Coach
My journey into the health and fitness industry didn't begin with success - It began with struggle.
From a young age, sport was my life. I grew up playing football and competing in athletics as a sprinter, even training alongside athletes who went on to compete at the Olympics. Training in that environment showed me what efficient, high-level programming really looks like.
But with joys came setbacks. By the time I was 21, I had already undergone two knee surgeries from recurring injuries that forced me to step away from sport completely. My body wasn’t playing ball, and it was a tough reality to accept, but it also became a turning point.
I became determined to figure out how the body really works — how to train efficiently, avoid setbacks, and build lasting results that don’t come at the cost of your health. That journey is what led me into coaching.
Now, I help people who feel frustrated, stuck, or limited by their bodies unlock their full potential — so they can get strong, lean, and confident without sacrificing their joints, energy, or lifestyle along the way.

The LJL Fitness Approach
I created LJL Fitness in 2014 to help busy professionals regain control of their health amidst demanding careers. Over the last decade, I’ve developed a holistic, science-backed coaching system that delivers more than just a physical transformation. My clients don’t just lose fat or build muscle — they gain energy, confidence, and resilience that carries into their careers, relationships, and everyday life.
I don't believe in a generic ,one size fits all approach. Every element of your plan - training, nutrition & mindset is custom built to align with your lifestyle and goals. I relentlessly focus on what actually works - no fad strategies, just proven systems for elite results.
This isn’t about quick fixes or unsustainable methods. It’s about building long-term results that you can maintain — no matter how busy life gets.
